Air Jets

Superior designed Air Jets reduce compressed air consumption and noise levels while maintaining laminar flow for strong blowoff. Air Jets entrain large volumes of surrounding air through the Jet (similar to Air Amplifiers) and are more efficient than Air Nozzles. They cover a larger blowoff target than a Nozzle and ideal especially for part ejection.

All Nex Flow™ Air Jets meet OSHA standard CFR 1910.242(b) for dead end pressure. Noise levels are dramatically reduced with Air Jets in addition to lower energy use.

The Nex Flow™ High Force Air Jet is also a High Velocity Air Jet. All the air jets are adjustable. With an Adjustable Air Jet the flow and force can be set and "locked" in place with the lock ring for your particular application.

From Left to right is the High Flow Air Jet (Model 45001) the High Force Air Jet (Model 45002) and the Mini Air Jet (Model 45003)

Model 45001/45002 - High Flow Air Jet and High Force Air Jet are physically the same size. The only difference is a larger exit opening in the High Flow version for the amplified air flow. The high flow system is used more for cooling and light blow-off while the high force version is used mainly for heavier blow-off applications.

Model 45002B - High Force Air Jet in brass. The gap can be set and locked into place. The gap setting value is marked on the air jet body for accurate setting. Ideal for heavy blow-off applications

Model 45002S - High Force Air Jet in 316L Stainless Steel. The gap can be set and locked into place. The gap setting value is marked on the air jet body for accurate setting. Ideal for high temperature and for food service heavy blow-off applications.

Model 45003 - Mini Air Jet is the most compact air jet with high force, is adjustable and ideal for tight spaces. This is unique to Nex Flow™ and there is no equivalent competitive system.

Model 45004 - Fat Air Jet Air Amplifier is the largest flat jet/smallest air amplifier with the same design as the high performance air jets to give you the most optimal performance with an adjustable gap and lock ring to set the gap in place.

Air Knives

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Air Amplifiers

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Nex Flow™ Air amplifiers are simple, inexpensive devices with virtually no maintenance that can convey fumes, smoke, lightweight materials and move a high volume of air for cooling, blowoff and drying applications. They use the "coanda effect" which entrains a large amount of surrounding air using only a small amount of compressed air. The effect is an amplification of up to 17 times the airflow or more (depending on the size) with reduced noise levels.

Standard (Fixed) Air Amplifiers

Zinc Die cast Standard Air Amplifiers from Nex Flow™ are solid and perform as well or better than patented designs when used in similar applications. The gap can be adjusted by adding shims, five sizes are available. The gap can be adjusted by adding shims, five sizes are available. It is easy to mount and maintain reducing both compressed air consumption and noise levels. It is quiet, can amplify flows up to 16 times their input air consumption rate.

Adjustable Air Amplifiers

The adjustable Air Amplifier is anodized aluminum or Stainless Steel for high temperature or food applications. The customer can set the gap and lock it in place using a lock ring. They are used for a variety of applications. Adjustable Air Amplifiers take energy from a small volume of compressed air to produce high velocity, high volume, low pressure output airflow. It is quiet, efficient and can amplify flows up to 17 times the input air consumption rate.

Air Nozzles

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Nex Flow™ Nozzles are designed to fit into small spaces. We have an adjustable Nozzle for some applications and then a few different Nozzles with varying force, depending on the application. All Nex Flow Air Nozzles meet OSHA standard CFR 1910.242(b) for dead end pressure. Noise levels are dramatically lower with air nozzles in addition to lower energy use.
Air Nozzle Model :

Model 47001 Air Nozzles - is a small brass nozzle to fit into small spots and used by many machine builders for blow-off applications. Micro Air Nozzle - The Model 49001 Nex Flow™ brass nozzle is a Micro Air Nozzle for blowoff.

Sound level 74 dBA at 3ft (0.91mm) at 80 psig (5.6 bar).

Model 47002 Air Nozzles - is the brass nozzle added to a copper tube. Machine builders can bend the copper tube and aim the nozzles to where ever it suits. The copper tube is simply press fit into the customer's system.

Model 47003 (anodized aluminium) Model 47003S (303/304 Stainless Steel) and Model 47003S-316L (316L Stainless Steel) Air Nozzles – This is a common standard strength nozzle with a 1/8" male NPT connection and ideal for most blow-off applications involving liquids.

Sound level 77 dBA at 3ft (0.91mm) at 80 psig (5.6 bar).

Model 47004 (anodized aluminium) Model 47004S (303/304 Stainless Steel) and Model 47004S-316L (316L Stainless Steel) Air Nozzles - This strong force nozzles with a 1/4" male NPT connection and ideal for most blow-off applications involving liquids and even light weight parts.

Sound level 78 dBA at 3ft (0.91mm) at 80 psig (5.6 bar).

Model 47009 (anodized aluminium) Model 47009S (303/304 Stainless Steel) and Model 47009S-316L (316L Stainless Steel) Air Nozzles- Is made adjustable. The superior design of the adjustable set screw is made to adjust the nozzles within its weakest and strongest ranges.

Sound level 77 dBA at 3ft (0.91mm) at 80 psig (5.6 bar).

Model 47010 - Air Nozzle - is extremely powerful. It has a 1/4" female NPT fitting and is fully anodized for long life. With the 'coanda' profile you get an extremely strong force at a distance. This is an ideal Nozzle for blow guns and for blowing small parts for part ejection heavier viscosity liquids. The 47010 is a higher force Nozzle but has less distance for laminar flow than the 47004. Use the Model 47004 is greater distance required from the Nozzle.

Model 47011 Air Edger Flat Jet is an extremely efficient flat jet air nozzle designed to provide a powerful stream of high velocity laminar flow and high force for blow off and cooling where air knives may not be enough. Available in cast zinc and 316L stainless steel for high temperature and highly corrosive environments.

Model 47004AMF  - is the first product of the The Nex Flow™ Air Mag™ 'patent pending' star profile air amplifying nozzle and has the best force/air consumption ratio known.  Ideal when higher force required in blowoff applications.

Manifold Mounted Systems

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Manifold Systems combine the Nex Flow Air Edgers and Air Nozzles in combinations of two, four and 6 items for blow off an cooling applications where  air knives may not be applicable and where a set length of blow-off is required.   Provided with any of the air nozzles and in particular the Air Edger flat jet nozzle  to provide a more power air knife effect when regular air knives are not powerful enough.

Air Wipes

The Nex Flow™'s Ring Blade™ Air Wipe produces an even 360 degree blow off around the part, light in weight and compact. Easy to install and maintain and allows removal of a continuous piece. Reduces compressed air use for energy savings plus lower noise levels. Maintenance free with output easily controlled.

Designed as two pieces hinged together to open and close around the part. Instant on-off with no moving parts The 360 Degree Air Wipe System produces a "laminar" flow of air along its 360° angle using the "Coanda" effect which "entrains" a large volume of air from the surrounding area along with the small amount of compressed air from the Air Wipe System to produce an output flow up to 30 times

Nex Flow™ Carries two types of Safety Air Guns to choose from depending on an individual's personal taste and comfort. The Easy Grip Safety Air Gun or the Hand Comfort Button Gun.

All Nex Flow Safety Air Guns with Nex Flow Nozzles meet OSHA standard CFR 1910.242(b) for dead end pressure. Noise levels are dramatically lower in addition to lower energy use. Nex Flow™ Safety Air Guns are durable, safe and comfortable to use incorporating our efficient air nozzles to produce high output air and "laminar" flow while minimizing compressed air use and noise levels.

Nex Flow™ removes the confusion of air nozzles and air jets. You do NOT need hundreds of different nozzles. All air amplifying nozzles produce up to 25 times the compressed air consumed. Different nozzles have different outlet sizes and the more air used, the greater the force produced. Noise reduction up to 10 dBA is typical as well as reduced air consumption when compared to open jets and tubes.

By maintaining a reasonable choice of nozzles most valid applications can be addressed with our range.
